contAIcts is the verified resource switchboard for every product on the internet. We track 16 official resource types for thousands of SaaS products: pricing pages, API documentation, status pages, help centers, security and compliance centers, changelogs, integrations directories, OpenAPI specifications, uptime SLAs, migration guides, community forums, learning academies, open source repositories, blogs, partner ecosystems, and case studies.

Every resource URL is verified weekly via HTTP HEAD requests — lightweight, respectful checks that confirm a URL is alive without downloading content. Results are classified as verified, redirected, broken, gated, or error. All verification data is timestamped and stored in append-only immutable snapshots.

The Resource Completeness Score (RCS) measures how many of 16 standard resource types a product has publicly available. Scores are weighted by resource importance and computed with Wilson score confidence intervals. RCS is fully deterministic — the same verification data always produces the same score. No human input, no randomness, no overrides.

Products are organized by category: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho), Payments (Stripe, Square, Adyen), Monitoring (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana), Project Management (Jira, Linear, Asana), Communication (Slack, Discord, Zoom), and more. Each product gets a dedicated subdomain with full resource breakdown, verification history, and comparison data.
